Welcome to Fit Moms Fit Kids Club!

The club was founded by Olympian and Pro Beach Volleyball player and mother of two Annett Davis.  But right off the bat, let’s get something straight:

This is not a club for the “already fit” mom.

Fit Moms, Fit Kids has nothing to do with ones current size or shape, but has everything to do with making a decision to live a life of family, fitness, and fun.  So whether you are 350 lbs or 120 lbs Fit Moms Fit Kids Club is for Y.O.U.!

It was created to help moms to live the “Fit Mom Lifestyle.” The Fit Mom Lifestyle is for EVERY MOM, whose desire is to have a fit and healthy family.   This site  is all about informing, inspiring, and empowering all moms to make fitness and good health a way of life for themselves and their families.  This is a site for ALL MOMS, any age, race, shape, or size.

If you are a mom who has a desire for you and your family to be healthy this site is for you.

Fit Moms Fit Kids Club is not written by just one mom.  Every mom has different likes/dislikes, personality, or “flavor” as I like to call it.  Every mom is fabulous in her own way.  That’s why we decided to assemble the best team of moms to write so that you are guaranteed to get different angles and relate to one or more of the moms right where you are in your health/fitness process.

Fit Meals Monday

Every Monday you’ll find “Fit Meals Monday” which is Annett Davis’ family’s healthy weekly meal plan.  Any mom or blogger is invited to add their meal plan in the comment section or link through our linky system to their meal plan on their site.  Join us every Monday and start planning for success by making your family a healthy weekly meal plan.  Fit Meals Monday helps you to get ideas from other moms, as well as inspire moms with your own healthy meal plan.  You can find our Fit Meals Monday posts by going to Events and scrolling down to Fit Meals Monday.
