Good Day! I hope you are getting ready for one fit week! I am. My plan is to train on the beach a couple of times, do yoga 2 days, legs & abs one day, and another day of cardio and abs. I will be using P90x videos for my cardio, legs, yoga, and ab video workouts. The following meal plan is what my family will be eating this week. Feel free to follow along with us, or pick and choose what you like. Is this a diet plan to try and lose weight? NO! It’s just a healthy eating plan, if you have a poor diet (fried fatty foods, no veggies, etc.. you may lose weight), and if you already eat well this can help you stay on track. At the very least you may get some new meal ideas to help you get out of the same old rut in the kitchen.
