25 Holiday Hacks- for a healthier holiday season!
1. Drink Up! I’m sure you’ve heard it zillions of times, and this won’t be the last time you’ve heard it from me. In order to thrive during the holiday season (or any season for that matter) you’ve got to drink your daily allotment of water. The last thing you want to do is to go shopping or to your holiday party dragging. Water is your body’s lifeblood. Without it you’ll be dehydrated, pass out, and probably end up in the ER. Who needs that?
Another benefit of water is that you may fit in your holiday party dress after all! Water can help you with some unwanted pounds, find out how in this post. It can also help you feel fuller longer so you won’t overeat.
