If you are watching your waistline you can feel good about eating this ENTIRE Pizza (because it’s only about 300 calories)! It’s full of fiber, has whole wheat crust, and is topped with yummy veggies. It’s fast, it’s easy, and most importantly it’s yummy! Your kids will LOVE it!
What I love about this pizza crust is that it only has 100 calories! It is made with whole wheat, and has 8 grams of fiber, and 9 grams of protein! Top it with some of your favorite veggies and part skim mozzarella (or a dairy free cheese) and it’s fabulous! A guilt free, yummy lunch or dinner option. You can also do what I did…I shared it with my begging sweet daughter and ate a serving of fresh berries with it! It was a light and delicious lunch! I think I’ll do it again tomorrow.
