This weekend I babysat a good friends child overnight. Wanting him to feel at home, I made some homemade whole wheat pancakes. They were delicious. I liked them so much, I thought I’d share the recipe with you. His mom texted me this week to say that her son said that I was a great cook! I guess he liked them too. :)

Let me know if you try them! FYI, you can always add oats, fruit, flax, nuts, wheat germ, whatever you like to beef up the nutrition value.
