LOL! It’s in my head so I thought I’d put it into yours as well. Anyway, back to A Better Me Challenge. I’m sure some of you have wondered when we are going to talk about working out? Well, not today. Believe me, we will get there. There are so many things we have to get right ladies before we discuss our workout. I’m not saying don’t start exercising. You can start! You should start! On our download page where the free eBook is, you should have downloaded your 12 week workout plan for FREE by now. Feel free to do the beginner or intermediate plans, or your own workout.
Today we are still working on FOOD. Did you know that the way you look has more to do with what you eat than how much you exercise? Do you keep wondering why you can’t lose that last 10 lbs, or why you still don’t have a 6 pack? You know the 80/20 rule? Well the reason is, that 80% is your diet, and 20% your workout. That’s why we are starting with getting cleaned out, and then we are adding the right foods back into our daily diet.
