Today’s post will be short and sweet. I’m getting my post ready for Wednesday which will be our blogoversary! I just wanted to share with you a couple of cute photos from Father’s Day. Since our budget is extremely tight we wanted to do something that would bless my hubby, and be a gift that could keep on giving. The kids decided on washing his car! They did an excellent job detailing it. We bought all the supplies, including a hand vac (we figured it would be useful in the house too). The kids made him a sweet card, and promised to wash his car once a quarter. We gave him the bucket with all the supplies as a gift so that he can wash his own car, whenever he needs too. He loved it!

I tell you, it really doesn’t get any better than that.  I LOVE my family!  I cannot think of any other people I’d rather spend my life with than my husband and two children.

Tuesday-  Cherry Mushroom Spinach Salad with homemade cherry vinaigrette

Wednesday- Engine 2 Diet’s Vegetarian Lasagna

Thursday-  Raisin Red Cabbage and Apples, Ginger Sesame Grilled Tofu

Friday-  Mushroom Risotto

Saturday- Leftovers

Sunday- Date Night!!! Whoo hoo!
